Psalm 128 - Praying God's Word

Please read Psalm 128.

Meditate on verse 1.

How blessed is everyone who fears the LORD,
who walks in His ways.

What a blessing it is when you start seeing more and more of your loved ones ascending from places of lies, struggles, and conflicts to the place of fearing God and walking in His ways! As you look back on your own ascension journey, do not lose heart in praying for those you love to grow closer and closer to Jesus. Take seriously your calling to be a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7) and pray Psalm 128 over yourself and those you love.

“How blessed is everyone who fears
You, LORD, who walks in Your ways!
Please make _________ and me Your blessed ones!
 Make us fear You
and walk in Your ways, LORD!
As we do, let us eat of the fruit of our hands;
let us be happy, and let it be well with us.
Let the wives in our family be like
a fruitful vine within their homes.
Let the children in our family
be like olive plants around our table.
This is how we who
fear You, LORD, will be blessed.
LORD, please bless us!
May we see the prosperity of Jerusalem
and the prosperity of our family
all the days of our life.
Indeed, may we see our children’s children.
Peace be upon Israel,
and peace be upon our family!
Because of Your name, Jesus~”
