Please read Joshua 18.

Meditate on verses 2-3.
There remained among the sons of Israel
seven tribes who had not divided their
inheritance. So, Joshua said to the sons of Israel,
"How long will you put off entering to
take possession of the land which the LORD,
the God of your fathers, has given you?”
Surprisingly, over half the tribes of Israel had not taken possession of their land. Perhaps they were content with wandering; after all, it had been their life for 40 years. But now, the blessing was theirs for the taking; all they had to do was possess the land, dividing it among the sons of each tribe. The sin of procrastination kept them from their God-given destiny.
What are you waiting for? Is there a ministry God wants you part of? Is there a person God wants you to forgive? Is there a friend God wants you to call? Is there a Bible study to attend, a child to read a book to, a spouse to love well…? What are you waiting for? There are blessings in the obedience. No more dilly-dallying. Pray and do Joshua 18:3-4 as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).
“LORD, I hear You asking me, ‘How
long will you put off taking
possession of what I, the
LORD God, have given you?’
LORD, I will arise and walk through
this day, writing a description
of what You have for me. I will return
to You ready to do as You say.
In Your name, Jesus~”
