Psalm 106 - Praying God's Word

Please read Psalm 106.

Meditate on verse 23.

Therefore He (God) said that He would destroy
them had not Moses, His chosen one, stood in
the breach before Him, to turn away His
 wrath from destroying them.

How important is it for you to stand in the breach before God for the sake of those you love? Moses literally begged God not to destroy the people, and God decided to have pity on them instead of wrath because of Moses’ prayers (Exodus 32:9-14).
Do not grow weary in your prayer life; the lives of those you love are at stake. This psalm is full of verses for you to pray as you stand in the breach and intercede for the sake of those you are guarding as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).
Pray Psalm 106:1, 4-5, and 47-48. (These are only a few of the verses we found to pray. Treasure hunt this chapter for more verses to pray specifically for your loved ones.)

“Praise the LORD!  I give thanks to You LORD, for
You are good; for Your lovingkindness is everlasting.
Remember _________ and me, O LORD, in Your favor
toward us; visit us with Your salvation.
Please let us see the prosperity of Your chosen ones, that
we may rejoice in the gladness of Your people, that
we may glory in Your inheritance.  Save us, O LORD our God, and
gather us to give thanks to
Your holy name and glory in Your praise.
Blessed are You, LORD our God, from
 everlasting even to everlasting,
Let us all say, ‘Amen.’  Praise the LORD!”
