Please read 1 Thessalonians 3.

Meditate on verse 8.
For now we really live, if you stand firm in the LORD.
Paul was concerned the Thessalonian Christians were discouraged in their faith and tempted by the deceiver, so he sent Timothy to check on them (vs. 5-7). Imagine Paul’s relief to know they were doing well in the LORD (vs. 8-9).
One of the greatest joys is knowing those you help grow in Christ are standing firm in Him. As a faithful, prayerful watchman, do not grow weary in praying for them. Teach them how to walk with Jesus, so they are not lacking in their faith (v. 10). You will really live when you hear and see those you love standing firm in the LORD.
Pray 1 Thessalonians 3:8-13 over yourself and those for whom you stand guard as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).
“LORD, I will really live if ___________ stands firm in You.
I rejoice before You, God, on their account.
Please let me see their face and complete what
is lacking in their faith. God and Father and
Jesus our LORD, please direct my way to them.
Cause them to increase and abound in love for
one another and for all people, just as I do for
them. Establish their hearts without
blame in holiness before You, God
and Father, at Your coming, LORD
Jesus, with all Your saints.
For the sake of Your name, Jesus~”
