Please read Job 32. Elihu is speaking.

Meditate on verse 17.
I too will answer my share; I
also will tell my opinion.
So, we are not the only ones listening to this conversation between Job and his three friends. A young man named Elihu has been there all the time, silently listening to every word. Afraid to interject his opinion earlier, he is about to burst because of the crazy conversation he has heard. Interestingly, God does not reprove Elihu, like He did Eliphaz, Zophar, and Bildad for the thing he says (Job 42:7). His words are recorded for eternity, so it will be a great treasure hunt for the next five days to see what God wants us to learn from him.
In the meantime, use the words from Job 32:8, 10, and 17-20 to pray over yourself and those for whom you stand guard as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7), asking God to make you wise in what you say.
“LORD Almighty, by Your Spirit and
breath, give ________ and me understanding.
When others listen to us, let us tell them what You think.
Let us answer with Your Word rather than our opinions.
We are full of words; Holy Spirit, constrain us!
Behold, our bellies are like unvented wine;
like new wineskins, we are about to burst.
Let us speak, not to get relief, but let us open our lips
and answer as You lead.
In Your name, Jesus~”
