Psalm 34 - Praying God's Word

Please read Psalm 34.

Meditate on verse 8.

O taste and see that the LORD is good;
 how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!

As you walk this day with Christ, be intimately aware of everything He is doing in your midst. Notice the timing of events, conversations that are had, flowers that are blooming, provisions that are made... Take notice of the LORD like you would notice your favorite food prepared especially for you. And as you taste and see that He is good, say like David did, “LORD, You are intimately acquainted with all my ways” (Psalm 139:3).
Pray Psalm 34:1-2 and 13-14 over yourself and those for whom you stand guard as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).
“LORD, I will bless You at all times;
 Your praise shall continually be in my mouth.
 My soul will make its boast in You, LORD;
the humble will hear it and rejoice.
Help _________ and me keep our tongue from evil
 and our lips from speaking deceit.
Let us depart from evil and do good;
let us seek peace and pursue it.

In Your name, Jesus~”
