Psalm 98 - Praying God's Word

Please read Psalm 98.

Meditate on verse 4.

Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth;

break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.

Psalm 98 tells you why the LORD is worthy of worship:

·      He has done wonderful things (v. 1).

·      His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him (v. 1).

·      He has made known His salvation (v. 2).

·      He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations (v. 2).

·      He has remembered His lovingkindness and His faithfulness to Israel (v. 3).

·      All the ends of the earth have seen His salvation (v. 3).

·      He is coming to judge the world with righteousness and equity (v. 9).

Join the sea, rivers, and mountains in roaring, clapping, and singing for joy to your LORD the King (vs. 6-7).

Praise Him with Psalm 98 as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).

“LORD, You have done wonderful things!

Your right hand and holy arm have

gained the victory.

You have made known Your salvation.

You have revealed Your righteousness

in the sight of the nations.

You have remembered Your lovingkindness and

Faithfulness to the house of Israel. Thank You for

remembering Your lovingkindness and faithfulness

 to my house, too.

All the ends of the earth have seen Your salvation.

Cause ____________ to see Your salvation

before You come to judge the world with

righteousness and equity.

You are worthy of all the shouting, singing,

praising, roaring, and clapping,

Our LORD, our King, Jesus~”
