Psalm 100 - Praying God's Word

Please read Psalm 100.

www.blueletterbible.org/nasb/psa/100/1/s_578001

Meditate on verses 1 and 5.

Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth.

For the LORD is good;

His lovingkindness is everlasting

and His faithfulness to all generations.

In the midst of daily life: family, jobs, activities, illness, national and global crises ... it is easy to lose focus on the LORD. Thankfully, God gave you His Psalms, the book of 150 prayers, praises, and songs that declare truth about Him. Psalms helps you regain the focus God expects from His creation. It gives you ways to articulate moments in life too glorious and/or difficult for words. Psalms helps you intimately and genuinely worship your Creator and Savior.

Hopefully the past 100 days, your summer of psalms, have given you the holy habit of meditating on and praising God. Thank Him for what He has taught you and pray Psalm 100 as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).

“I shout joyfully to You, LORD!

I will serve You with gladness and come

 before You with joyful singing.

LORD, I know You are God.
You made _________ and

me, and not we ourselves.

We are Your people and the sheep of Your pasture.

Let us enter Your gates with thanksgiving

 and Your courts with praise.

We give thanks to You and bless Your

 name, for You are good.

Your lovingkindness is everlasting and

 Your
faithfulness to all generations.

Thank You, LORD Jesus, in Your Holy name~”
