Please read Numbers 5.

Meditate on verses 5-7.
Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak
to the sons of Israel, 'When a man or woman commits
any of the sins of mankind, acting unfaithfully against the
LORD, and that person is guilty, then he shall confess his sins
which he has committed, and he shall make restitution
in full for his wrong and add to it one-fifth of it
and give it to him whom he has wronged.’”
What an interesting chapter in God’s Word! Suffice it to say, you may think you can get away with your sins; however, God knows when you go astray, are unfaithful, harbor jealousy, and defile yourself. And, He has ways to make your sins and guilt known; therefore, be quick to confess, quick to repent, and quick to make restitution. Come to God, asking Him to reveal areas where you have gone astray and defiled yourself. Let Him wash you clean with His forgiveness and keep you from sinning. Let the LORD free you of your guilt.
As a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7), pray for God to keep you and those you love from going astray and being unfaithful to Him (v. 12) and use the words from Numbers 5:6-7 to start your personal prayer of confession.
“LORD, do not let ________ and me go astray and be
unfaithful to You and our spouse. Please forgive me for
committing the sins of mankind, specifically for committing
the sin of ___________. I have acted unfaithfully
against You, LORD. I am guilty. I confess my sins that
I have committed, and I will make restitution
in full for my wrong and add one-fifth to it, and
I will give it to the person I have wronged.
Thank You for forgiveness in Your name, Jesus~”
