Please read Colossians 2.

Meditate on verse 6 and10a.
Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord,
so walk in Him. In Him you have been made complete.
What are you striving for in order to feel complete? God tells you in Colossians 2 to make sure no one takes you captive or deceives you with worldly principles (v. 8). The world tries to convince you to own, dress, act, and achieve certain things in order to feel complete. God’s Word says you are already complete if you are in Christ Jesus.
Remember Colossians contains at least 70 characteristics of who you are if you are in Christ. What do you learn about Jesus and you from this chapter? Verses 13 and 14 tell you that you were dead in your transgressions, but God made you alive together with Christ because He forgave ALL your transgressions. He even cancelled your certificate of debt by nailing it to the cross. Knowing those truths brings completion to your life.
Let the truth of God’s Word be established in your heart and mind, so you can walk and live in Christ. Pray Colossians 2:5- 7 over yourself and those for whom you stand guard as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).
“LORD, let me rejoice to see ___________
good discipline
and stability of faith in You.
As we have received You,
let us walk in You
firmly rooted and built up
and established in our faith just as we were instructed.
Let us overflow with gratitude.
In Your name, Jesus~”
