Deuteronomy 10 - Praying God's Word

Please read Deuteronomy 10.
www.blueletterbible.org/nasb/deu/10/1/s_163001
Meditate on verses 17, 20, and 21.

For the LORD your God is the God of gods
and the LORD of lords,
the great, the mighty,
and the awesome God
who does not show partiality nor take a bribe.
You shall fear the LORD your God;
you shall serve Him and cling to Him,
and you shall swear by His name.
He is your praise, and He is your God,
who has done these great and awesome things
for you which your eyes have seen.

Humbly meditate on God. There is none to compare to Him, and no one and no thing is His equal (Psalm 40:5; Isaiah 40:25). Pray the above verses back to Him by saying the words directly to Him like this:
“LORD, You are God. You are the God of gods
 and the LORD of lords.

You are the great, the mighty,
and the awesome God.

You do not show partiality nor take a bribe.
I will fear You, LORD my God.

I will serve You and cling to You.
I will swear by Your name.

You are my praise, and You are my God.

You have done these great and awesome things for me
 which my eyes have seen.”

God’s Words are powerful! Enjoy using His Words to communicate with Him.
Continue talking to God and pray Deuteronomy 10:12 and 13 over yourself and those for whom you stand guard as a faithful, prayerful watchman (Isaiah 62:6-7).
“LORD my God, You have things You require of ________ and me.

May we fear You, walk in all Your ways,
love You, and serve You,
with all our heart and all our soul.
Let us keep Your commandments and statutes

which You are commanding us today for our good.

In Your name, Jesus~”
