Meditate on verse 1.
Contend, O LORD, with those who contend with me;
fight against those who fight
against me.
Are you or someone you love being treated unjustly? Psalm 35 gives you a Godly way to handle the
situation.
1.
Give the person who is wronging you to the LORD.
Let those be turned back and humiliated who
devise evil against me.
—Psalm
35:4b
2.
Pray
for the person who is mistreating you when they are in difficulty.
But as for me, when they were sick, my
clothing was sackcloth…
I
went about as though it were my friend and brother…
—Psalm 35:13a, 14a
3.
Worship the LORD with other believers.
I will give You thanks in the great
congregation…
—Psalm
35:18a
4.
Fellowship with Godly people who will pray for
you and rejoice with you.
Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication…
—Psalm 35:27a
5.
Continually thank and praise the LORD.
And my soul shall rejoice in the LORD; it
shall exult in His salvation.
—Psalm
35:9
Pray Psalm 35:22-24 over an unjust situation.
“You have seen it, O LORD, do not keep silent;
O LORD, do not be far from _______ and me. Stir up Yourself and awake to our right and
to our cause, our God and our LORD.
Judge us, O LORD, our God, according to Your righteousness, and do not
let them rejoice over us.
For the sake of Your name, Jesus~”
